These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cook-N-Go Kitchen’s facilities, membership options, services, website, booking tools, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing, booking, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility and Registration
To use the Services, you may be required to register for an account and/or complete an application.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Booking and Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless Cook-N-Go Kitchen states otherwise in writing.
Prices, fees, deposits (if any), and service availability may change at any time. Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid (unless required by law or mutually agreed).
Kitchen Use, Cleaning, and Condition of Space
To protect a safe, professional environment for all users:
Users must clean all equipment and areas used during the rental period.
You must leave the space in the condition you found it (or better), including proper disposal of trash, removal of personal food/items, and returning equipment to its designated area.
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the kitchen is not properly cleaned after use.
Personal Property
Cook-N-Go Kitchen is not responsible for personal items left behind, lost, stolen, or damaged.
Any items left behind may be disposed of or handled according to our internal lost-and-found practices.
Damage, Liability, and Responsibility for Costs
Users are liable for any damages to kitchen facilities, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, or property occurring during their rental period, including damage caused by guests, staff, contractors, or anyone the user allows into the facility.
If damage occurs, you agree to reimburse Cook-N-Go Kitchen for repair, replacement, cleaning, and related costs, including downtime losses where applicable.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time to receive a refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be non-refundable (unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing by Cook-N-Go Kitchen).
Compliance With Laws, Health, and Safety Rules
All users must comply with local health and safety regulations and all facility rules while using the kitchen, including (where applicable):
Food safety and sanitation requirements
Proper storage, labeling, and temperature controls
Fire safety, occupancy rules, and safe equipment operation
Any required permits, licenses, certifications, or inspections applicable to your business and products
You are solely responsible for ensuring your operation complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Right to Refuse Service
Cook-N-Go Kitchen reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, including for safety concerns, policy violations, non-payment, misuse of facilities, failure to follow cleaning standards, or non-compliance with laws/regulations.
Facility Rules and Conduct
You agree to use the facility respectfully and professionally. Cook-N-Go Kitchen may establish and update house rules, operating procedures, and membership requirements at any time. Repeated or severe violations may result in suspension or termination of access without refund (where permitted by law).
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
