To ensure compliance and safety for all users:

✔ All members must have a ServSafe Manager Certification on file
✔ Documentation is maintained to meet local and state health department requirements
Administrative Fees (Applies to All Tiers):
• $85 Initial Membership Fee (charged on first monthly invoice for new members)

TIER 1 — SERVICE & SUPPORT MEMBERSHIP

This tier is ideal for operators who cook primarily off-site but must maintain a licensed commissary relationship to remain compliant.
